Wild Heerbrugg Artillery Binoculars Theodolite

Only found one other set like these for sale. It was only the binoculars not the complete set. I don't know a lot about them. The lenses are clear both sides focus the left side has a grid when it's  focused.  looks like it takes power. there's a cord in a leather box it looks like a light box it appears to go from the box to the binoculars and looking at the wires from one place to another appears they took some type of power not sure exactly what. At one point to me it looks like it was repainted. It's a very rare set comes with everything in the pictures. Box is roughly 20 in x 15 in x 11 in. please check the pictures close let me know if you have any questions or need me to check something.
